Settlement Offer For Incomplete
Traffic Campaign Delivery
Between
December 11, 2006 And January 11, 2007
As
you may know, our former web host
deleted our web site on January 11, 2007. Their action
destroyed the database records of our clients' most
recent campaigns. You are entitled to be compensated for
any and all visitor traffic that you lost from your campaign not
completing. We will automatically add
1,500 "good faith" visitor credits on top of whatever amount of
visitors your claim settlement gives you.
Visitor Credit Loss Claim Settlement Offer
If you had an active traffic campaign running that did not
complete anytime between December 11, 2006 and January 11, 2007,
please read on to get your campaign reactivated. We need your
help to set up your old account and we need your honesty to help us restore
the web
visitor credits you may have lost through the destruction of our
database. In order to qualify to receive visitor credits
for your loss, we only ask that you be as honest and as accurate
as you can while completing the form below.
We will match the details you provide us in
your claim with the details we have in our eMail and payment
records. At that point, we will make an offer to settle
your claim with you.
For
Example:
One of our clients had a
10,000 visitor campaign that
started on December 13,
2006. By January 11,
2007, his 30 day campaign
was just about completed.
He claimed
that he had 1,750 visitors
yet to be delivered on his
campaign when our site was
destroyed on January 11,
2007. After
careful review, we
determined that he's
probably at least 75% right
about us owing him 1,750
visitors, so we allowed his
claim to stand at 1,750.
Plus, we added an additional
1,500 visitor credits to his
claim as a good faith
gesture. He happily accepted our
offer, we then created a new
3,250 visitor campaign for
him. He's happy - we're
happy that he's happy - case
closed! Of
course we know that every case may not be that easy, but we are
sincerely motivated to try and keep you - to keep you happy and
to keep you smiling, if we can! So please, if you feel like
the company owes you something - try us out. We promise to
do our best to work things out in your favor. |
